Any Member of the RHSI or of a Society or Club that is affiliated to the RHSI can use this application form to participate in the Joint Sweet Pea Project.


Filling in the first two blanks: if you are a Member of the RHSI, insert “RHSI” in the first blank and your RHSI membership number in the second blank; if you are a Member of a Society or Club Affiliated to the RHSI, insert its name in the first blank and your membership number in the second blank. If both apply, use RHSI.
